What payment is required to start the planning process?
We require a $100 deposit that is non-refundable.
All deposits will be applied to your final balance which is due 10 days prior to your event date.
Do you offer custom themes?
Absolutely! Don’t see a specific theme you want? No worries, just contact us!
What is the standard rental time?
Standard rental time consists of one night. They are picked up the following day, at the time you previously discussed at drop off.
However, we do offer multiple night rentals depending upon availability, but there will be an additional cost. If this is something you would be interested in, please just make a note in your booking.
How are your tents, linens, and other equipment cleaned?
All fabric, and clothing material are deeply sanitized, and cleaned after every rental. All other decor items are steam sanitized, and sprayed with disinfectant after each rental as well.
Can I use the tents outside?
Our tents may only be used outside if they are in a safe, covered area. (Example: Covered Patio, Gazebo, etc.) Tents may not be on any surface that may ruin the fabrics, or other decor. (Example: Grass)
How do I book a party?
Simply visit our Book Now page for calendar availability. Select your party date and submit your party request. We will reach out to you within 48 hours with party confirmation, as well as the link to submit your deposit.
